Brian has over 30 years experience in commercial real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to joining HWCO, Brian specialized in office leasing in the San Francisco Financial District for Colliers International. More recently he has negotiated long term transactions with Tesla, Target Stores, Rustic Bakery, Kaiser Permanente, Marin General Hospital and has negotiated the sale of over 750,000 sf of commercial space. Brian is an active member of the Urban Land Institute. Brian earned a B.S. from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley in 1985.
